The Performance Factor’s Management Program was developed in response to businesses needing specialised training for their middle-tier managers. This series of workshops specifically targets the layer within organisations that is most influential in managing dollar productivity through the efforts and cooperation of frontline workers.
This program provides a practical framework which can be easily replicated by managers in their workplace regardless of whether they are new to their role or need further management training.
Participants discover how productive behaviours translate directly to bottom-line improvements. The goal is to create an optimistic and committed workforce whose performance is directly aligned to company expectations.
Chip McKibben has delivered this grassroots program to line managers and supervisors in areas such as construction, sales, customer service, production, administration and sports coaching.
Modules include:
- Leadership and Management Defined
- Leveraging Your Personal Strengths
- Coaching to Perform
- Leading through Success and Failure
- Developing a High Performance Culture
- Redirecting Behaviour
The Performance Factor for Management is typically conducted in five half-day modules and includes resources and workbooks. Maximum of 25 people.
